Ferrovial allocates an initial first €3.5 million tranche of the “Ferrovial Juntos COVID-19”

Ferrovial has announced the distribution of the first tranche of the “Ferrovial Juntos COVID-19” fund, amounting to €3.47 million, to institutions fighting the pandemic in the social, healthcare and research fields in Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Making History and Transforming a Community: The Peace River Bridge Project

Peace River Bridge Project Office Manager Rachel Gove sees big things for the small town of Peace River. The project takes the prize for the furthest north Flatiron has ever taken on. It also takes the prize for being the only apparent time a 125 linear meter bridge span has been launched into place. The joint venture alongside Aecon will bring the town of Peace River (an idyllic area in northwestern Alberta situated along the river’s banks) safer transportation and new economic opportunity.

Granite Named to $350 million multiple award task order contract by U.S. Air Force

Granite (NYSE: GVA) is one of five contractors selected to participate in the Interior Alaska Paving Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the U.S. Air Force. The $350 million indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) competitive MATOC is comprised of task orders ranging from $500 to $10 million, for one base year plus six option years through 2027.
